Patti's Famous Lemon Pound Cake

This is where we break the truly shocking news...
...Patti’s famous lemon pound cake is basic lemon cake mix and instant pudding!
She’s made approximately 10,000 of these cakes in her lifetime, gifting them to any and everyone for reasons large and small. They are made with processed chemicals, sugar, and love.
Here’s the “secret” recipe:
1 box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 box Instant Lemon Pudding Mix
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Confectioners Sugar (for dusting on cakes when cooled)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two loaf pans or one bundt pan.
Blend all ingredients together in mixing bowl until dry ingredients are smooth. Use spatula to scrape sides and bottom of bowl to be sure all is mixed.
Pour batter evenly into two loaf pans or one bundt pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on rack. Turn upside down after 10-15 minutes from pans. Turn over and dust with confectioners sugar.
Slice and serve with ice cream or just eat it on its own. Enjoy!
